Colorful, creamy, and delicious! These easy yogurt parfaits are as fun to make as they are to eat. Layer your favorite fruits and crunchy granola to create a beautiful breakfast or healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla or plain yogurt
- ½ cup strawberries, sliced
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup banana, sliced
- ½ cup granola
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional—for children over 1 year old)
Optional Toppings
- Raspberries
- Blackberries
- Kiwi slices
- Peach slices
- Coconut flakes
- Chia seeds
- A sprinkle of cinnamon
Directions
- Wash your hands and rinse all of the fruit.
- Slice the strawberries and banana into bite-sized pieces.
- Spoon a layer of yogurt into a clear cup or small bowl.
- Add a layer of fruit.
- Sprinkle on a layer of granola.
- Repeat the layers until your cup is full.
- Top with a few extra pieces of fruit and, if you'd like, drizzle a little honey on top.
