Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla or plain yogurt
  • ½ cup strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup banana, sliced
  • ½ cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional—for children over 1 year old)

Optional Toppings

  • Raspberries
  • Blackberries
  • Kiwi slices
  • Peach slices
  • Coconut flakes
  • Chia seeds
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon

Directions

  1. Wash your hands and rinse all of the fruit.
  2. Slice the strawberries and banana into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Spoon a layer of yogurt into a clear cup or small bowl.
  4. Add a layer of fruit.
  5. Sprinkle on a layer of granola.
  6. Repeat the layers until your cup is full.
  7. Top with a few extra pieces of fruit and, if you'd like, drizzle a little honey on top.
