🍯 No-Bake Energy Bites

These tasty little bites are easy to make and don’t require an oven! Kids can mix, roll, and create their own snack using simple ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup raisins or dried cranberries
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut (optional)

Allergy-Friendly Options

  • Sunflower seed butter or another nut-free spread may be used instead of peanut butter.

Directions

  1. Wash your hands before you begin.
  2. Measure all ingredients and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stir everything together until well combined.
  4. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 20–30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  5. Use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls.
  6. Place your energy bites in a container and store them in the refrigerator.
  7. Enjoy your homemade snack!
