🍯 No-Bake Energy Bites

These tasty little bites are easy to make and don’t require an oven! Kids can mix, roll, and create their own snack using simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup honey
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- ¼ cup raisins or dried cranberries
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup shredded coconut (optional)
Allergy-Friendly Options
- Sunflower seed butter or another nut-free spread may be used instead of peanut butter.
Directions
- Wash your hands before you begin.
- Measure all ingredients and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir everything together until well combined.
- Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 20–30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
- Use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls.
- Place your energy bites in a container and store them in the refrigerator.
- Enjoy your homemade snack!
