🍓Fruit Kabobs

These colorful fruit kabobs are fun to make, healthy to eat, and perfect for little hands!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 banana, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 mandarin orange, separated into segments
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • Wooden skewers or kid-safe plastic skewers

Directions

  1. Wash all of the fruit thoroughly.
  2. Cut larger fruits into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Let your child help thread the fruit onto the skewers in any colorful pattern they like.
  4. Serve immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.

Try making rainbow kabobs by arranging the fruit in this order:

  • ❤️ Strawberry
  • 🧡 Mandarin orange
  • 💛 Pineapple
  • 💚 Kiwi
  • 💙 Blueberry
  • 💜 Grape

Optional Yogurt Dip

Mix together:

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon honey (for children over 1 year old)
  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Serve the dip alongside the fruit kabobs.
