These colorful fruit kabobs are fun to make, healthy to eat, and perfect for little hands!
Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries, washed and hulled
- 1 cup green grapes
- 1 cup red grapes
- 1 banana, sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 mandarin orange, separated into segments
- 1 cup blueberries
- Wooden skewers or kid-safe plastic skewers
Directions
- Wash all of the fruit thoroughly.
- Cut larger fruits into bite-sized pieces.
- Let your child help thread the fruit onto the skewers in any colorful pattern they like.
- Serve immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.

Try making rainbow kabobs by arranging the fruit in this order:
- ❤️ Strawberry
- 🧡 Mandarin orange
- 💛 Pineapple
- 💚 Kiwi
- 💙 Blueberry
- 💜 Grape
Optional Yogurt Dip
Mix together:
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey (for children over 1 year old)
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
