🍕 Mini Personal Pizzas

Making your own pizza is one of the most fun ways to learn cooking! Choose your favorite toppings and create a pizza that's all your own.
Ingredients
- 2 English muffin halves, pita bread, or one small prepared pizza crust
- ¼ cup pizza sauce
- ½ to ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Your favorite toppings, such as:
- Pepperoni slices
- Cooked sausage crumbles
- Diced ham
- Bell peppers
- Mushrooms
- Black olives
- Pineapple tidbits
- Tomatoes
- Cooked bacon bits
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Place the English muffin halves, pita bread, or pizza crust on a baking sheet.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each pizza.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Add your favorite toppings. Don't overload your pizza—you want every bite to cook evenly!
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are lightly golden.
- Carefully remove the pizzas from the oven. Let them cool for a few minutes before eating.
